Job description / Role
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human
Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Strong decision-making skills
• To fulfil the current vacancies 100% within the client defined time frame.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Senior Recruiter in UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
