Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Develop HR recruitment plan and system according to the company's overall strategy to meet the staffing needs of the department
• Responsible for the implementation of recruitment, monitoring the recruitment process, and evaluating the recruitment effect
• Responsible for the maintenance and evaluation of various recruitment channels; sourcing CVs and do the first round interview shortlist candidates;
• Responsible for revising and improving recruitment management system and working process
• Responsible for the recruitment of all positions(blue color & white color), with certain strategic vision, able to build a long-term recruitment talent pool according to the company's existing talent echelon;
• Confirm recruitment needs, participate in the formulation of annual recruitment plan and organize its implementation
• Organize and implement recruitment and participate in the maintenance of recruitment tools to ensure the quality of recruitment
• Analyzed the effect of recruitment regularly and put forward improvement plans
• Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the company's recruitment channels to ensure the effective achievement of recruitment satisfaction rate
• Responsible for compiling audit and energy efficiency analysis;

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• 3-5 years HR recruitment experience in UAE at least;
• Logistics & Express industry is prefer;
• Prefers who is in DUBAI already and who can join immediately is prefer;
• Bachelor degree is a must;
• Have related work experience at recruitment and onboarding process is a must;
