We are pleased to announce that due to a new client win we are now hiring for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our team based on client site in the UAE.
As Senior Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for:
• Attending internal briefing meetings to understand the talent requirements of the client
• Stakeholder Management
• Working closely with the sourcing team to manage the delivery of candidates in to the process
• Direct Sourcing – use attraction channels to identify candidates
• Manage careers sites and job board postings, including creation of high quality advertisement content (if applicable).
• Full Cycle Recruitment

Requirements

In addition to this:
• Experience working in for a Recruitment Process Outsourcing organization would be preferred.
• Experience handling recruitment in Egypt will be an advantage.
• FMCG, Manufacturing recruitment is highly desired but not a must
• Experience of directly sourcing candidates via multiple sourcing channels
• Ability to manage careers sites and job board postings, including creation of job adverts.
• Screen and conduct initial screening of candidates
• Previous experience of hiring internationally (APAC/UK/US/Europe) is desirable
