Are you an Aspiring recruitment company owner – working in Dubai and have a well-established market industry vertical.
We appreciate that this will apply only to a 360 degree senior recruiter who is ready to step out on their own and make their own future; with the freedom and complete support of one of the most successful Global niche recruitment companies.
Then this is the next best thing to having your own company in Dubai and to be associated with a Global, British Consultancy.
This is based on 60/40 commission based.
What we offer:
Under the established global recruitment company Headford Consultancy, we are looking to develop into different market verticals. Hence this franchise opportunity.
We currently are located in Tecom and can set up your desk / landline / outlook account / relevant online and social media branding for your market.
· You will have full access to our systems. Just plug in your laptop and mobile phone and go.
· We will handle all your admin, VAT returns, etc
· You will have full access to all the recruitment tools you need (job boards, linkedin recruiter etc.).
· Visa and medical insurance, ticket allowance
· You will work for yourself and manage work around your own life, not the other way around!
· Simple, uncapped commission.
· You will have the chance to build and develop your own team, have access to our inhouse recruitment team.

Requirements
If you have been regularly billing for your company , or have run a recruitment business and looking to set up a JV with an established Dubai based company, then this could be for you.
