Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job description / Role

Key responsibilities:
• Identifying and developing relationships with candidates
• Advertising and attracting candidates
• Maintaining the database.
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each assignment.
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered.
• Managing the candidate process
• Offering CV, interview and general career advice.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Company Car or car allowance, relocation package, 30 days holiday, Commission

Requirements

• A strong and proven track record in Recruitment with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in UAE
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career which potentially leads into a management role.
• A winning mentality.
• The ability to overcome objection and be persistent.
