Job description

To lead and manage a team of nurses providing intermittent homecare visits specially for the VIP/VVIP patient, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The team leader nurse is responsible for clinical oversight, operational coordination, and team performance, while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nurses during intermittent homecare visits, especially for the visits of VIP and VVIP patients
• Review and validate nursing documentation, care plans, and patient assessments
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and safety standards
• Provide guidance on complex cases and escalate when necessary
• Allocate nursing staff based on visit schedules and patient needs
• Coordinate with homecare team leader and homecare coordinators to ensure timely service delivery
• Manage coverage during staff absences or high-demand periods
• Conduct audits of nursing records and patient feedback
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions
• Support internal and external audits as required
• Act as the primary liaison between field nurses and management, especially for the coordination of VVIP clients/patients
• Provide regular updates on patient care, operational challenges, and team performance
• Maintain accurate logs and submit weekly reports
• Mentor and train nurses on clinical protocols and documentation standards
• Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and case reviews
• Promote a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new staff
• Ensure nurses have necessary supplies and resources for field visits
• Troubleshoot logistical issues and support nurses in the field
• Indent the consumables, pharmacy stocks, or any other equipment needed for homecare

Working conditions:

• Field-based role with travel to patient homes
• Flexible schedule based on visit demands
• May require evening or weekend availability
• Must be comfortable working in diverse home environments
