Senior Relationship Officer

Job description / Role

To perform all sales related activities for existing and potential customer to achieve the assigned financial targets. This also includes cross selling of all Islamic retail banking products and serviced, handling customer enquiries and delivering excellent service through communication and team work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a financial institution or within the service industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization
• Sales & Service experience
• Sales Target Achievement
