Charterhouse is working with a global leader in providing B2B technology solutions. Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Renewals Account Manager to be based in the Dubai office. This role will focus on ensuring long-term retention and revenue growth for existing accounts.
The Senior Renewals Account Manager will be responsible for managing the entire renewal lifecycle, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with Commercial and Finance teams to drive customer satisfaction and revenue retention. There will be a key focus on proactively identifying client upsell/cross-sell opportunities and being aware of any customer experience issues in order to provide suitable solutions that address client concerns. Additionally, this individual will take accountability for forecasting renewal revenue, negotiating terms, and ensuring pricing is aligned with company policies.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field with a minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in B2B customer success, account management or renewals for a global software company. A strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies is essential, alongside excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a results-oriented approach with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
