Senior Resident Engineer

Role Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Resident Engineer is responsible for overall site-based construction supervision, ensuring works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, quality standards, HSE regulations, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site supervision team across all disciplines.
• Act as the Engineer’s representative on site.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
• Coordinate with Contractor, PMC, Client, and Authorities.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and site discipline.
• Chair site meetings and prepare progress reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Professional Engineer certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years in construction supervision of 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality projects.
• Proven experience as Resident Engineer / Senior Site Engineer on consultant or PMC side.
• Strong experience coordinating architectural, MEP, interiors, and FF&E interfaces.
• Experience managing mock-ups, authority inspections, and handover for hotel projects
