Job Description:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple retail locations within the company.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure a high level of customer service across all retail locations.
• Monitor store performance, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Position Title: Senior Retail Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions
Job Location: Al Ain, UAE

About the Client:
A travel management company dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized travel services for both individual and corporate clients across UAE.

Qualifications:
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
• At least 5 years UAE experience in a similar role from travel/tourism industry.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
