Employment: Full Time

Please not that this opportunity targets only candidates that have at least 3 years of relevant experience in high end luxury retail.

The professional will be responsible for developing client portfolio while investing time and efforts in the boutique life, operations and actions. Learning about the universe of the creations and the High Jewelry, transmitting knowledge and passion to the team and to the clients.

Requirements

Perfectly masters the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop)
Adapts according to clients’ needs and motivations.
Strives to always improve and surprise the clients.
Ensure that all sales are processed in accordance with required procedures using the systems provided.
Meets individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
Represents the exclusive and luxury image in grooming along as in behaviour.

Boutique Operations Participates to the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
Assists in merchandising, and store housekeeping during the day if required, including cleaning the products and displays.
Ensures that all merchandise in the boutique is displayed within the VM guidelines.
Assists with weekly and monthly stock takes and the tagging of merchandise.
Ensures that all merchandise is controlled at all times and that discrepancy does not occur.
Cares about the creations and stock to avoid any damage or wrong manipulation.
Ensure that all cash, receipts, invoices and documentation are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.

After Sales Service Assists clients with their returns and queries ensuring that brand image is enhanced and client expectations are met.
Respects After Sales Service golden rules and procedures.
Thrives to satisfy the client with the best After Sales Service experience.
Client Relationships Cultivates strong client relationships and develops client loyalty.
Efficiently develops the client portfolio.
Executes targeted CRM actions.
Build new client database by acquiring new customers, obtaining prospect details and following up on them.
