This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about fashion and has a knack for providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to a luxurious shopping experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Offer personalized styling advice and recommendations to customers, showcasing the brand's items effectively.
• Assist in managing inventory control, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
• Lead and mentor junior sales assistants to enhance team performance.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Handle transactions with precision and maintain an accurate cash register.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product launches to provide informed suggestions to customers.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up communication.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in women's apparel.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create rapport with customers.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
• Excellent knowledge of the high-end fashion market.
• Must have their own client database.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate other team members.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
