The Sales & Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the company's services. Premium landscaping firm, is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to strengthen our client base and drive growth across the real estate, hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors. This role requires a motivated and strategic professional who combines relationship-building skills with business acumen.

Description

* Identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities across landscape design and installation services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, engineering and landscape consultancies, real estate firms, hospitality groups, facility management companies and interior and fit out contractors.
* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
* Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical submissions in coordination with estimation and operations teams.
* Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast monthly targets, and ensure consistent follow-up to close deals.
* Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth handover and high customer satisfaction.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
* Represent at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
* Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support business development
