WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their lifestyle and furniture needs.
• Drive sales through personalized consultations, offering expert advice on furniture solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support, to ensure a seamless experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for customers.

• Proven Sales Experience, ideally in furniture or luxury retail.
• Experience in Interior Design is a strong plus, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality, allowing for expert guidance on style, layout, and functionality
• A bubbly, outgoing personality with a natural flair for connecting with people.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for closing sales.
• Creative problem-solver with a customer-first attitude.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
