• Their product and service portfolio is diverse; Project ‘Out of Gauge’ Logistics, Land Transportation, Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Supply Chain Consultancy (Design, Solution & Optimization) thus giving you the opportunity to diversify your own product / service knowledge and expertise
• The volume of client base is not the focus here however the other way around; a strategic focus on a good number of quality clients who carry sizable volume of freight.
• Leading from the forefront this role involves pursuing new business, developing innovative and cost saving solutions for all parties so as to convert both Country based business as well as Regional business wins
• This position offers you the chance to partake in the further expansion of a well positioned specialist via active involvement in RFQ’s and tenders, SOP’s for strategic accounts, creative sales strategies, development of new products/services, forecasts/budgets and client presentations.

Requirements

• 5 + years minimum experience in a Commercial / Sales / Business Development capacity providing solutions for a medium to large business
• Excellent negotiation skills with a natural ability to close business
• Demonstrated understanding of Logistics & Supply Chain principles & processes
• Polished communication skills with a professional approach
• Track record of new client activity
