Job description / Role
We are looking for Senior Sales Executive/ Sr. Sales Engineer for UAE.
Job Profile:
- Manage the entire Sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closing.
- Manage post order follow up with internal departments to ensure smooth execution at projects site.
- Payment collection from customer on project completion and maintaining debtors as per company’s policy.
- Closely work with existing KEY customers by maintaining good business relationships and ensuring repeat purchase.
- Develop existing customers to key accounts for repeat orders.
Requirements
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering/ PG in Marketing/Business Administration
- Experience in HVAC industry essential must (6-8years)
- Sound technical & application knowledge on DX HVAC systems
- Conversant with Competition Analysis and Benchmarking
- Excellent negotiator
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Well versed with MS Office & Windows apps
Skills:
- Exceed sales target for various products and build robust order pipeline across products and consumers.
- Compile DX Air conditioning proposals.
- Identify and develop new markets and client opportunities
- Track competitors and their strategies
- Increase per product market share
- Efficient sales delivery through revenue maximization (in terms of both client and deal)
- Excellent at data & trend analysis
Conversant with the following:
- VRF Systems
- AHU-CU System selections
- Heat load calculations
- Product selections
- Estimations
