We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive sales growth in the lubricant additive industry. By collaborating closely with both internal teams and customers, you will offer innovative solutions that meet client needs and contribute to the company’s success in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the lubricant additive sector.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts through networking and prospecting activities.
- Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer requirements and market trends.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and business practices.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to capitalize on business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales engineering role within the lubricant additive industry or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of lubricant additives and their applications, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
