Senior Sales Executive

Job description / Role

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for personal care products.
- Monitor sales performance across retail channels and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Act as the brand ambassador for personal care products, ensuring proper in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and brand guidelines are adhered to.
- Monitor inventory levels and suggest restocking to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Also, work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to align sales objectives with business goals.

Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus monthly commissions

About the Client:
One of the leading electronics & appliances Trading company in the Middle East , based in Dubai

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationalities
- 25 to 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years proven sales experience in personal care brands or FMCG
- Should have experience working with OR (organized retailers) like Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, etc.
- With UAE Driver’s License and Own Car is highly desirable but not mandatory

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
