Job description / Role
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, Relationship Manager, with a strong background in real estate sales, particularly within developer companies. The ideal candidates should have a proven ability to drive revenue, build and maintain client relationships, and possess a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales (developer experience preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE property market, sales processes, and developer sales strategies.
Skills:
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of off-plan and ready property sales.
• CRM proficiency and ability to manage sales pipelines effectively.
Location:
• Dubai Branch: Candidates must have extensive sales experience in the Dubai real estate market, ideally with a developer.
• Ajman Branch: Open to candidates with experience in real estate sales and property management.
Requirements:
As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing investors and buyers. The role focuses on promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Proactively generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Identify and approach potential investors and end-users.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property investments, market trends, and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Offer tailored property solutions based on clients’ needs and budgets.
• Ensure a seamless sales experience from inquiry to handover.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, market shifts, and competitor activities.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
Documentation & Compliance:
• Ensure all sales documentation and contracts comply with UAE real estate regulations.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
