We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our forwarding company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the competitive logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the forwarding sector.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
- Report regularly on sales performance and forecast future sales to senior management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in forwarding or logistics.
- Strong understanding of the forwarding industry and its market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required within the region.
