Senior Sales Executive

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with 3-4 years of FMCG packaging experience. The ideal candidate will be Arabic-speaking and possess strong sales and client management skills to drive business growth in the UAE.

Description

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the FMCG packaging market.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts, while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, supply chain, and customer service) to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the UAE and wider GCC markets.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and market insights to management.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* 3-4 years of proven experience in FMCG packaging sales (plastics, food & beverage, consumer goods packaging preferred).
* Strong business development and account management skills.
* Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license preferred.
