The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to support student enrolment and business development for our thriving nursery. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, proactive, and passionate about building lasting client relationships within the early years education sector.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive admissions through lead generation, follow-up, phone communication, walk-in consultations, and relationship building.
  • Promote the nursery brand through marketing activities, corporate partnerships, and outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct tours, consultations, and meetings with prospective families, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Identify and engage with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to establish new enrolment channels.
  • Monitor enrolment KPIs and proactively work to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Support nursery leadership and admin team in client relationship management and retention efforts.
  • Keep up to date with local market trends, parent expectations, and competitor positioning to adapt sales strategies effectively.
  • Assist in planning and executing nursery events, open days, and parent engagement initiatives.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate, insurance, or early years/education industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English is required.
  • Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to build a long-term career within the education industry.
