Job description / Role
Our client is based in the IT industry. The company is a software and hardware solutions provider and needs an experienced sales professional to join the team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities, convert sales leads into profitable orders.
• Managing a portfolio of clients to achieve long term success.
• Handle staff augmentation.
• Good networking and client management skills
• Handle full life-cycle of staff augmentation orders from Qualifying the lead to getting the PO.
• Develop strong, long-term relationship with clients.
Requirements
• 3 to 4 years of selling experience in the IT industry
• Strong experience with IT staff augmentation/ hiring / outsourcing in the UAE
• Must have a pleasing personality, excellent communication and convincing skills to convert leads supplied from marketing team into signed orders.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Exposure to MIS Reporting of Weekly Sales/Marketing Activities
• Must have a strong business and financial acumen.
