Job description / Role
Our Client is a Saudi Owned Real Estate and brokerage company based in Dubai Marina who market high-end off plan properties to investors and clients mainly in the Saudi Region.
• As Senior Sales Manager you will over see a team of 10 Sales agents based in Dubai.
• Working closely alongside the Partner, you will monitor and ensure the smooth running of the sales team ensuring sales targets are achieved.
• At least x5 years of residential sales experience within the UAE with a reputable developer or brokerage company;
• You will have proven experience selling off plan properties in the UAE;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Arabic speaking is a preference but not essential;
• The ability to communicate effectively with high net worth individuals.
• Flexibility to travel as you may be required to travel to KSA
• A competitive basic salary is on offer to the successful applicant alongside an attractive commission structure.
