Senior Sales Manager

Job description / Role

We seek a highly motivated and experienced UAE National to join our client's team as a Senior Sales Manager for the Residential division. The successful candidate will lead and manage sales operations, develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and manage key client relationships within the residential sector. This role requires strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to guide and inspire a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve both monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share within the residential sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate developers, and stakeholders in the UAE.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
• Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Provide sales staff mentorship, training, and support to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless sales processes.

• UAE National with a strong understanding of the local market.
• 5+ years of experience in residential sales or real estate, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
