Senior Sales Specialist

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our leading automotive team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our market leadership in the UAE automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
- Provide expert advice and detailed product knowledge to customers to meet their needs.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales initiatives and promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Proven track record in automotive sales with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of automotive products and the UAE market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Arabic; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
