ATOMIC-SHOP is an international trading company specializing in auto tuning and motorsport parts. We operate across multiple jurisdictions, including the UAE (Dubai), Germany, and Ukraine, with further expansion into the US market.

We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist who is not only capable of delivering strong personal sales results, but also able to elevate the overall performance of the team through experience, leadership by example, and deal support.

This is a role for a confident closer with strong commercial instincts and a high level of accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive personal sales and consistently achieve revenue targets
• Manage inbound and outbound client communication across B2B and B2C segments
• Build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
• Lead negotiations and independently close high-value deals
• Support junior sales team members in complex negotiations and deal structuring
• Assist colleagues in closing challenging transactions when required
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
• Contribute to improving sales processes and client communication standards
• The position requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day sales operations and a proactive approach to revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience (automotive, trading, or e-commerce preferred)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a clear track record of achieving targets
• Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
• Commercial mindset and strong understanding of customer behavior
• Experience mentoring or guiding colleagues is an advantage
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions
• High level of personal discipline, responsibility, and results orientation

Strong Advantage — experience in auto tuning, motorsport, or performance automotive parts
