Senior SAP HCM Consultant

Networkers Internationals client is looking for an experienced SAP HCM consultant to be based out of their Dubai office. This is a contract role for 6 months with possible extensions. You will have experience of working on implementations.

You will have at least 7 years of experience with SAP HCM. You will be comfortable with change management and have a solid understanding and ability to manage master data structure, implemented function components and transactional data. You will be able to work on your own and help lead the implementation. You will have excellent cross modular experience and also be comfortable with cross module implementation.

Requirements

- 7+ years of SAP HCM
- 4+ implementations
- Experienced with TM, PY, OM, PA, ESS, MSS, TEM, PMS, REC and E-REC
- Excellent cross modular knowledge
- Able to present to senior stakeholders
- Team management ability
