The successful candidate will be responsible with:
* Develops and maintains one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, acting as a single point of contact. Gathers information from the customer to understand their needs and detailed requirements. Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, using feedback to assess and promote understanding of need for future capacity changes in services, products and systems.
* Maintains contact with the customer and stakeholders throughout to ensure satisfaction. Captures and disseminates technical and business information
* Creates and articulates the vision, strategy and business value of IT Service Management in alignment with IT Enterprise Architecture and ITIL best practices
* Values expertise and capitalizes on the knowledge and skills of others within the organization. Contributes own expertise to achieve outcomes for the business unit.
* Ensure the creation, maintenance, and use of a Service Management Information System (MIS)

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:

* Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field is highly preferred; however, equivalent work experience will not be overlooked.
* Certified Project Management (PMP / Prince 2)
* Certified ITIL v3
* 10 years' experience as lead technical role in large enterprise wide projects
* 5 years of experience in IT Service Management
* 5 years of experience in Finance / Banking industry
* Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to service management
* Understanding of General IT Service Management policies, procedures, and best practices
