Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job description / Role

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to configure and customize ServiceNow Health & Safety (H&S) modules, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and business requirements.

Primary Skills
• ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, H&S
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities

Secondary Skills
• JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API)

Key Responsibilities
• Configure H&S applications (incident, hazard, inspections, risk assessments)
• Build forms, workflows, dashboards, and notifications
• Implement role-based access controls (ACLs)
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to deliver solutions

• 3–6 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio
• Experience with Flow Designer, App Engine, and Service Portal
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
