Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
University degree in Engineering. Master’s degree preferred. 20 years’ experience with industrial equipment in the Power Generation & Oil & Gas, industries. Hands-on background in Reliability, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, or Monitoring of equipment.

Competence with office software:
Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience and aptitude using complex software such as Smart Signal, Matlab, Minitab, or any other Analytics software. Customer facing skills, Excellent communication and follow-up, Emphasis on customer satisfaction. Demonstrated experience in the fields of Leadership, Decision-making, Mentoring colleagues

Desired Characteristics:
Daily responsibility as a Subject Matter Expert in support of equipment monitoring contracts for industrial customers. Expertise on equipment behavior, maintenance practices, plant operations. Mentor team members on areas of expertise. Review software alerts indicating mechanical or performance problems on customer equipment, as referred by monitoring engineers. Analyze, diagnose, asses, prioritize, and recommend action on equipment problems, in collaboration with the monitoring staff and the customer. Contribute expert analysis, review and approve technical reports delivered to the customer. Advise CRE on need for updating of predictive computer models used for equipment monitoring. Follow established IPRC monitoring workflow process to ensure thoroughness and quality. Maintain standards for response time. Mentor monitoring staff on the process. Make decisions regarding high-priority issues that require escalation or immediate customer notification. Proactively solve client problems and demonstrate leadership communicating with customers in collaboration with the monitoring staff. Maintain accurate case management records in compliance with IPRC policy
