Job description / Role
Award winning Architecture practice, originally from Europe, require a Senior Site Architect to join a landmark project for them in Abu Dhabi.
Delivering a project which is recognized around the world, this Individual will be taking over construction delivery on site for the next 1 year minimum before moving to other major landmark projects this firm is working on.
Managing a team of Architects and Engineers, this individual will be managing relationships with the contractor, feeding information to the local and international consultancies on RFI's.
Requirements
This individual will have min 15 years experience post graduation of Bachelor Degree in Architecture, with recent large scale Site delivery experience here in the UAE.
Successful site delivery of landmark buildings is ideal to compare with the high quality of design and material of this particular project.
Polished presentation, Excellent English communication skills, written and oral, and excellent knowledge of Local Abu Dhabi regulations and building codes is required.
