Job description
A Bachelor's degree graduate in Architecture with minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of architectural design, construction and supervision. Specializing in high valued building and mall projects in the UAE. Creativity in developing design and construction detailing is essential and should be able to link between the design and site requirements. FIDIC Command is an advantage.
- Must have experience in daily Construction Supervision, Control and Recording / Reporting
- Must be able to review and approve shop drawings and technical submissions
- Must have multi- disciplinary experience in Architectural, Interior Design, and Landscaping elements on site
- Must be experienced in working with the Consultancy side of construction
- Project's expereince must include Villa experience
- Aconex knowledge would be an advantage
Requirements
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Review and approval of all Architectural Submittals and Shop drawings. Coordination with other discipline. Review and response to Contractors RFI and proposals. Participate in Technical Meetings, Management of Field Architect/Architectural Inspectors.
