Job description / Role
Work as part of an integrated team, being a pivotal role and social media advocate with a leading global
electronics brand
• Support to strategize, ideate, plan and execute social media campaigns
• Collaborate across functions to deliver effective content marketing strategy and editorial plans
• Accountable for all the content initiatives to drive traffic, engagement that deliver on the brand platform
• Monitor performance KPI’s
• Build a strong relationship with the key client, based in Dubai
• Implement an effective social media function (guideline and policies)
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in social media, having developed content plans and actively managed online communities
• Copy writing experience for social posts and longer content formats (e.g. blogs, editorials, etc)
• A strong working knowledge of social media platforms, creative opportunities and specifications on each
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English
• Must be able to prioritize a demanding workload and tight timelines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit a professional ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability and willingness to proactively research and/or solve issues
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
• Knowledge of Sprinklr an advantage
• Previous social media experience on global brands an advantage
• Fun, outgoing, collaborative, team player a must
