* Social Media Assistant Manager to oversee the social media channels for both retail and residential assets.
* You will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for their properties.

* Develop and execute social media strategies across all relevant platforms
* Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
* Work closely with the creative team to ensure all content is visually appealing and meets branding guidelines.
* Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance
* Manage agency partners across owned, earned, and paid media channels

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience in social media management with a focus on residential leasing and retail assets.
* Experience in managing agency partners.
