Employment: Full Time

The Senior Social Manager is charged with creating, advocating, implementing, and managing various clients’ social media strategies across multiple social media sites, including, but not limited to, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement social media campaigns, identifying social media outlets best suited to meet business, community, and campaign objectives

• Strategize, create, and implement quarterly plans with concepts that align with brand, product, and business initiatives

• Stay up to date on evolving social media content best practices and trends among other organizations and educate stakeholders on emerging trends and best practices

• Establish, monitor, and track social media success metrics across all communities, reporting results (including campaigns) on a monthly basis to key stakeholders

• Monitor and engage in brand-related online conversations; identify and communicate with online influencers present in various social media outlets; find and initiate opportunities for productive partnerships

• Collaborate with internal teams on the creation of compelling content, campaigns, and lead generation tools

• Spearhead the development of organization-wide social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagement

Qualifications:

• Passion for social media and internet trends, and a proven track record in social media performance on behalf of a large organization

• Advanced proficiency with online social networking, the blogosphere, search tools, and general Web 2.0 (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Wikipedia, LinkedIn etc.) and social publishing/listening tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Radian 6

• Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to straightforwardly communicate complex ideas and tailor key messages and presentation styles to multiple audiences, as well as effectively listen and respond to feedback

• Comfort with data, metrics and analytics, with a facility for jumping between the creative and analytical sides of marketing within a fast-paced environment
