Job description / Role

The Role
To be an expert at:
- KATIM Command Center, an enterprise device management solution for managing KATIM phones
- DarkServer, a modular microservices backend platform for delivering various solutions including KATIM Messenger and KATIM Email
- Troubleshoot problems within a complex enterprise device management solution for KATIM phones
- Troubleshoot problems within a complex enterprise backend solution
- Create problem reports and troubleshooting documents
- Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve technical problems
- Develop and lead training classes to educate customers
Requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as 3rd level support
- 4+ years of experience with device management solutions, microservices back-end platforms
- Advanced analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience with the following technologies:
- Linux (Redhat) configuration, operational and security knowledge
- TCP/IP networking, wireshark and other diagnostic tools
- PostgreSQL, Pgpool-II, MySQL Community and Enterprise
- J2EE, JMS, JAX-RX, CDI, JPA, Servlet/Websocket
- ActiveMQ
- Java-based backend applications
- js frontend applications
- Web security including TLS and certificates
- Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
