Job description
As an experienced senior solution architect on the support services organization aligned with the client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise and consulting to our clients. As you work with Oracle Health technologies, you will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
You will use your troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
You will also use your solution expertise to bring about Oracle Health's innovations and solution capabilities. Our solution architects are also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project or investigation.
Your goal is incident resolution, application maintenance, and to provide tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.
Responsibilities
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in IT, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with a strong focus on Carenet (mPage, Phys Doc, nursing integration, etc.) modules and integrated solution modules.
- Proven experience on Oracle Health Powerchart, Orders, Dynamic Documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Customer service experience, at least 2 years.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred experience working with Powerchart, PowerOrders, Powerforms, Iviews, mPages, Discern Rule configurations (EKM Rules), Oracle Health Custom Reporting (CCL), integrated Carenet modules.
- Experience working in support or application managed services organization.
- Software implementation work experience, at least 3+ years.
- Healthcare information technology work, at least 3+ years.
Expectations
- Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts for Carenet modules.
- Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Carenet modules.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Stay current on evolving features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Drive internal team initiatives.
- Travel needs will be based on business (10% - 20%).
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
