Senior Sourcing Specialist - Infrastructure/Energy/Power

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our team in the UAE. This role is crucial for managing strategic sourcing and procurement activities within the infrastructure sector, ensuring cost optimization, vendor performance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for infrastructure-related goods and services.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with at least 3 years in the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, procurement best practices, and contract management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
