Job description / Role

In this role, you will:
- Identify quality risks / opportunities within the organization which have maximum financial / customer impact and apply business improvements / methodologies to bring in process efficiencies, resolve issues and enhance client experience.
- Define, develop and monitor policies and processes within the group.
- Lead and Manage ISO & other external regional & international certification programs.
- Maintain requirements and ensure they in line with the Standards' expectations.
- Define, develop, manage and monitor performance indicators/quality dashboards and initiate continual improvements.
- Track, monitor & manage Organizational quality risks.
- Manage QA / Standards compliance across DMG
- Plan and manage deployment of improvement programs (Eg.Lean, Six sigma)
- Coach & train the people in the organization at all levels on QC tools & techniques as a facilitator
- Enhance Productivity - Reduce Waste- Improve Cost effectiveness
- Review and Improve Customer Satisfaction Measurement Systems / NPS
- Benchmark world class best practices such as EFQM/DQA/ ISO & other Models to overall improvement within the organizational processes and to be abreast with Best practices followed in the industry
Requirements
To bring your dream to life, you'll need:
- 10-12 years of experience in Quality and Quality Management Systems
- Certified ISO 9001/27001 Lead Auditor / Lean Facilitator
- Exposure and Hands on Experience in SIX SIGMA/ Lean - Certified Black Belt
- Hands on experience in CRM, QA/QC tools and Techniques
- Should have independently handled, facilitated Improvement initiatives
- Strategic and Operational role in designing Policies, Processes and Systems
- Key player on policy deployment through processes and Metrics for performance measurement
- Compliance Management through Internal & External Quality Audits & reviews
