Job description / Role
As the Senior Specialist for HCM Policy, OD and Rewards, you will play a vital role with the business process support unit to implement, configure and provide post-go live operational support for Oracle HCM solutions across the entity.

Description
* Implement and configure Oracle HCM (EBS/Cloud) solutions, with a focus on Oracle Organizational Development (OD) and Rewards modules.
* Provide expert guidance on organizational structures, talent management, compensation, benefits, and rewards configurations
* Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to drive solutions
* Manage system integration and ensure successful HCM processes
* Support testing, troubleshooting for service users, and ongoing system enhancements

Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM (EBS or Cloud), particularly the Organisational Development (OD) and Rewards modules, including implementation, configuration and support
* Strong expertise in talent management, compensation, benefits, organisational structures and rewards configurations within Oracle HCM systems
* Proven ability to handle customisations for Oracle HCM modules and work with SQL and PL/SQL for system integration
* Experience in multi-country HCM implementations and working in client-facing environments
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional teams
* Fluency in Arabic and English is an essential requirement
