Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB PURPOSE:

Accountable for the conceptualization and production of compelling creative content, supporting the ADNOC Group's brand strategy and communicating the Energy for Life narrative through a series of impactful campaigns - across traditional and digital media - to position and promote the ADNOC Group.

Job Specific Accountabilities
- Leverage research and insights to drive campaign performance
- Build campaign and digital strategies that reflect business objectives
- Design, develop and execute impactful and emotive campaigns
- Design, develop and maintain best-in-class websites and microsites
- Ensure quality and consistency across every creative production
- Oversee the development and production of creative brand assets
- Develop and execute owned, earned and paid media strategies
- Measure and report campaign and digital performance
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Generic Accountabilities

Supervision
- Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
- Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.

Budgets
- Provide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets, assist in the implementation of the approved Budget, and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
- Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section's / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards.

Performance Management
- Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section / Department in line with the Company Performance framework.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
- Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.

Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
- Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.

Reports
- Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal
- VP, Marketing and Manager Marketing
- Any other Function/Department as required.

External
- External consultants and third party service providers.
- ADNOC Group Companies.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 10 years of relevant experience media planning, digital marketing, or campaign management
- Strong knowledge of media landscape, trends, and best practices
- Proficient in media planning tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Creative, innovative, and collaborative mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Passion for storytelling and ADNOC's vision
