The Role
In this role, you will collaborate with Director OD & Talent Management, HR and business leaders to understand talent needs, and recommend talent management strategies and solutions tailored to DarkMatter's strategic objectives.
You will have excellent working knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations.

In this role, you will:
• Contribute to the planning, design, communication, implementation and ongoing delivery of talent management programs and initiatives.
• Partner with colleagues in the Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services teams to support an integrated and holistic talent management approach to effectively attract, engage and develop talent.
• Manage the employee engagement calendar and initiatives that support DarkMatter's organizational goals and culture.
• Provide consultative advice to HR business partners as they drive DM talent strategy across Practice Lines/Business Units, including building tools and resources and providing recommendations for implementation.
• Manage and execute projects, budgets and proposals, timelines and creative design; work closely with OD, Learning & Talent Management team to measure and monitor program effectiveness and develop strategies to improve impact to the business.
• Work with all of HR and Corporate Communications to connect components of the DarkMatter employee experience to a single employee value proposition that positions us to be an employer of choice.
• Support the design and administration components for employee engagement surveys.
• Serve as project point person for employee engagement and communications initiatives, including events, event logistics, budgeting to ensure all programs are successfully implemented.
• In collaboration with Communications and Marketing Department, design engaging communications; manage the communications and format of quarterly town hall meetings and other employee engagement activities or events.
• Act as the HR Communications Champion and liaison for providing content for the HR section of the intranet;
• Where necessary, work in partnership on projects to aid continuous improvement and implement improvement programmes (e.g. changes to working practices, organization changes and business "excellence" programs)
• Stay informed regarding external talent management trends and best practices.
• Act as a role model for DarkMatter Group culture and values

Requirements

To bring your dream to life, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field with minimum 5 years' experience in a related role
• Proven experience in executing high-impact talent strategies that enhance people and business performance preferably in large, global multinational matrix organizations or Consulting companies.
• Experience in organizational design, span of control metrics and development including change management
• Experience in designing and implementing capability review and development initiatives, competency frameworks, performance management, career development, talent management and succession processes.
• Proven project management experience
• Proven track record of being energetic, forward thinking and creative, while also able to challenge assumptions while providing best in class HR.
• Knowledge of business and management principles, as well as resource coordination.
• Experience in HR/ internal communications and knowledge of tools, processes and working with various communications platforms, including print and digital would be a definite advantage.

• The ability to handle tasks independently, as well as with a team, and to effectively communicate with a range of individuals, from senior managers and executives to team members;
• Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation
• Excellent listening, creative thinking and interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships and build influence with people internally and externally;
• Digitally savvy with experience in the use of varied HR and Talent Management platforms.
