Job description / Role
* Will get to experience projects from conception to completion and will coordinate engineering inputs from initial assessment through to technical and economic feasibility, due diligence, construction monitoring and acceptance.
* Will be leading the business development efforts towards positioning and increasing Mott MacDonald's visibility among the existing and potential stake holders of Region's Solar industry.
* Will be responsible to generate enquiries for the business, leading client engagement, and taking the assignments secured forward through contract execution to final delivery.
* Will also be reviewing and preparing technical and non-technical reports including specifications, proposals, calculations, and project contracts.
* We work as an integrated, global network so you will get the chance to work alongside other industry-leading professionals as part of a multidisciplinary project team giving you an understanding of projects from different technology perspectives.
* We look for engineers with genuine curiosity and a deep understanding of solar projects.
Requirements
We are looking for following in the candidates applying for the role:
* Degree in an engineering discipline
* Experience of working in areas of work as laid out above
* Experience working on megawatt scale solar plants (PV), preferably in Middle East
* Experience working with / for Government clients, lenders and project developers
