The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring mangers to identify and attract top talent.

Description

* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job postings, and create sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing job offers.
* Use creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with candidates, including utilising social media, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
* Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely communication and feedback.
* Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with extensive experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process.
* Experience recruiting for a variety of roles and functions, including technical and non-technical positions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
