Job description / Role
Our client, a global PR agency, is looking to hire a Senior Account Director with solid sponsorship experience and must know about motorsport. This role will be based in the UAE and might require some traveling on a need basis. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Managing and implementing partnership
• Marketing and activation campaigns for leading brands,
• Lead the day-to-day relationship of the agency with the client.
• Work closely with the client's team and manage multi-stakeholders, including partnerships, marketing, and communications.
• Play a lead role in driving projects forward and will take responsibility for organizing the team and being the strategic lead.
• Work closely with the team to generate creative and robust ideas for the client.
• Write the client's annual partnership activation strategy and roll-out plan, present that strategy, and get their ultimate 'buy-in' and approval
• Create and manage the total campaign budget, reporting, reconciliation, invoicing & payment to suppliers
Requirements
The ideal Candidate will have the following:
• 5+ years of experience in PR and Communications.
• Client-facing / Account Management experience in the Middle East would be a plus
• Strong strategic sponsorship management experience
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Time management, multi-tasking and organized.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Strong spoken and written English
• Flexibility to travel within GCC, if needed.
• Agency experience is a must.
