Job description / Role
As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible to provide strategic and tactical insights to clients by blending in consulting services with research capabilities.

Description
* Fulfill leadership roles on multiple case teams, designing and implementing strategies to help clients maintain strong growth and develop their service offerings
* Lead solution development of a wide variety of strategic business issues within the education industry and support teams as the "project lead" on projects
* Coordinate and oversee project-based activities for Associates/Senior Associates
* Analyse quantitative data and turn it into actionable solutions / insights for clients
* Effectively manage time and client deliverables with regular communication to senior leaders
* Create and manage client proposals and presentations

Requirements
* Strong and proven experience in a strategy consulting role with a leading firm and excellent hands-on knowledge of the education sector
* Educated to Master's level (MBA preferred)
* Excellent quantitative skills
* Strong fundamental research and analytical skills
* Strong consulting skills, as well as communication and problem solving
* Ability to supervise and train staff on complex commercial analysis
* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment
