Leading TIER 1 Buildings Main Contractor | AED 2.4 Billion in New Projects

Our client is a leading TIER 1 main contractor with a history of delivering landmark buildings across the UAE. With 4 new major projects secured worth AED 2.4 billion, we are actively seeking a Senior Structural Coordinator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shop drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and NOCs
• Coordinate design and structural elements across the project lifecycle
• Adapt swiftly to project changes, including value engineering and material adjustments
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

• Up to date word formatted CV with clear scopes , contract values , contact details and project information
• Software experience handling – REVIT / AUTOCAD / NAVISCAD
• Must have held relevant experience for a reputable Main Contractor in such a post
• The CV will show loyalty and success of full life cycles , not 6 career moves in 6 years as this isn’t what the client is seeking !
• Seeking to start employment before December 2024 LATEST

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
