Have a passion for fashion, building relationships and styling?
We are looking for a talented and motivated Personal Stylist to join our team at Wear That. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, personalized styling experiences to our clients while also contributing to the daily operations of our retail space. As a Personal Stylist, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, help them curate their wardrobes, and drive sales both through your styling expertise and in-store presence.
You responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring each receives a personalized and engaging styling experience.
- Manage your client appointments, both in-person and virtually, tailoring each session to reflect the client's unique style, preferences, and lifestyle needs.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their fashion needs, making informed recommendations that enhance their personal style.
Revenue Generation:
- Support the achievement of individual and store-wide revenue targets through effective client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Leverage your styling expertise to recommend fashion pieces and style boxes that align with clients' preferences and lifestyle.
- Collaborate with the store team to drive foot traffic, promote new collections, and increase sales.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring that all client styling needs are met, resulting in high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather and utilize client feedback to continually improve the styling experience, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
- Resolve any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from start to finish.
Styling Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, styles, and products, ensuring your recommendations are timely and relevant.
- Create and deliver personalized styling solutions that enhance clients' wardrobes, taking into account their body shape, lifestyle, and personal preferences.
- Offer expert advice on wardrobe building, outfit coordination, and occasion-specific styling, helping clients feel confident and stylish.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales conversion rate, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and customer satisfaction scores.
- Report on personal performance metrics and client feedback to the Lead Personal Stylist or Store Manager.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your styling expertise and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a personal stylist or in a similar client-facing role, with a proven ability to drive sales and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a retail environment, with strong operational skills and familiarity with store processes and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent fashion sense and styling expertise, with the ability to translate trends into personalized recommendations
- Solid organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Adaptable and proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
