Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Act as a trusted co-pilot within the Cluster Supply Chain team in the development of the strategic view of Supply Chain Operations. Provide visibility to costs related to the Supply Chain processes by driving relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring of the budget/forecasts/targets and controlling variances), ensuring adherence to financial and legal requirements as well as Nestlé Accounting Standards

A day in the life of...

- Challenge assumptions in seeking cost improvements in Supply Chain; seek, identify and support cost improvement opportunities, validate and review proposed savings
- Participate in supply network optimization studies
- Facilitate meaningful dialogue on Logistics Trade Terms and cost-to-serve trade-offs
- Coordinate reporting of actuals (including organizing and overseeing timeliness and accuracy of period-end close) and forecasts across Supply Chain
- Ensure transparency of the process; follow up and monitoring of progress to close gaps ensuring that financial policies, accounting standards and costing standards are followed
- Prepare and coordinate the Supply Chain budget
- Perform revisions or simulations if needed with focus on risks and opportunities for the function
- Ensure full transparency of strategic Supply Chain decisions on the organization (financial & non-financial)
- Ensure supplier payment terms are aligned to Nestle principles and accounting standards

Requirements

- BA/BS in Business/Finance
- CMA/CIMA preferred
- 3-6 years' experience in a previous Analytical/Audit/Costing/Accounting role - experience in FP&A preferred.
- Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience.
- Proficiency in English and language of the market (where applicable)
